Singhealth Foundation


	SingHealth Foundation is a non-profit organisation that makes grants and raises funds to support healthcare programmes that can make a difference in the way people live. Capitalising on the strengths of SingHealth, the Foundation supports critical programmes that otherwise might go unfunded. The foundation practices are aligned with the best practice guidelines set out in the Ministry of Health's Minimum Operating Rules for all Health Endowment Funds and recommendations by the Council of Governance of Institutions of Public Character ( CGIPC) in the areas of governance , grant administration and fund-raising activities. SHF also offers financial management and support for programmes at the various SingHealth Institutions. The foundations four core areas are Research, Education, Needy Patient Services as well as Singapore Cord Blood Bank.
